This policy describes the public website’s essential local storage and the visitor’s Accept or Decline choice for optional cookies. The current site does not activate advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies.
Essential preference storage
The website uses limited local browser storage to remember whether a visitor selected Accept or Decline in the cookie banner. This preference prevents the banner from appearing on every page and supports the visitor’s selected privacy choice. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or clinical decision-making.
Accepting optional cookies
Selecting Accept records an accepted preference. The current site does not activate optional analytics or advertising cookies, so accepting does not presently start those services. If optional technologies are added later, they should not load until consent is obtained and this policy is updated with their purpose, provider, and duration.
Declining optional cookies
Selecting Decline records a declined preference and keeps optional cookies and non-essential tracking disabled. Declining optional cookies does not prevent access to website content, phone numbers, service information, application links, or public inquiry options.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
Use the Cookie preferences control in the website footer to reopen the banner and select Accept or Decline again. You may also delete the site’s local storage through browser settings; doing so resets the saved choice and causes the entry banner to appear again.
What is not active in this build
No advertising, retargeting, social-media tracking pixel, behavioral profiling cookie, or optional analytics cookie is intentionally active in this build. If these technologies are added, they must remain disabled until the applicable visitor choice is honored.
Third-party links
When you follow a link to an application portal, employee login, mapping service, public registry, or another website, that service may use its own cookies and similar technologies. Consult the third party’s notice and controls.
Browser controls
You can delete local storage and cookies through your browser settings, use private browsing, or configure site-level permissions. Blocking essential preference storage may cause the consent banner to appear again on later visits.
Policy changes
This policy should be updated when the site’s technologies change. Material changes should be reflected in the updated date and, where appropriate, a renewed preference request.
